Extremely helpful and friendly
Customer service agents were very helpful, friendly and had excellent communication skills. They were prompt and efficient in answering all my questions and assisting with my booking

Efficient, good customer service and helpful.
The company projects a rather stern approach but, when it comes to personal contact (eg. on the phone), they are very accommodating and helpful. Information on the website is excellent.
