The service was OK. However, the communications to me of what was happening with my car was very poor. It also took far too long to fox, what was a minor item.

It was so easy to deal with. They took all of the hassle away from me, dealing with both insurers and providing a car equal to mine to use whilst my car was away for repair.

Great service from the start to the finish, staff from all aspects of the process of my car being collected and the loan car arrival was very professional and so nice to deal with.
