Everything was good except the collection (of my car) and the delivery of a courtesy car did not happen on the same day. So had 2 cars at my house at the same time.

Better communication and a more joined up approach to the repair and hire car service, which I had to take time off work and organise directly with two separate companies.

DID NOT SEEM INTERESTED SO DEALT WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE APPROVED JAGUAR DEALER DIRECT AND PAID THEM THE £250 EXCESS MYSELF
