Very poor customer service

The travel advisor did not offer the customer the opportunity of lower rate if/when it becomes available. Most other travel agencies does that!!!!

As this promotion had ended the agent was not able to add to your booking. The pricing at the time of booking is the lowest available rate and is subject to change as controlled by the Tour Operator.
