I trust this message finds you well. We would like to sincerely apologise and regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We have looked at your booking history and your tour was confirmed based on the option booked by you which was for the additional dates and timings which was for a start time of 1345 hrs as mentioned on the website. We also wanted to get some more information as to which number were you trying to dial and at what times so that we may investigate the matter and rectify any incorrect information if that is the case. My confirmation letter clearly shows a start time of 10:30 (which I have emailed to the company). Indicating I didn't know what time I signed up for, or that I was unable to read a confirmation email, is insulting! And blaming the tour company's mix up on me is outrageous!
