Just a update . It is now 14 month after accident which was a minor one and my case is still ongoing . Receive all kind of excuses from them . Your solicitor was in hospital , third party never receive our letter and so on ....
You should think twice if you want to deal with them .
IV used them before and the performance there did was a 100 and ten percent that is why I'm using them again like my dad always said to me if it ant broken don't fix it and I will always stay with...

initially good when they want yr business!
Initially they were good taking on my case on everything was explained. A few weeks on called them for an update was told my case handler would call me back the following morning, that was three days...
