response time is very fast, and everyone is very helpful. I just started my course so can't say much yet but everyone I have been in touch with so far has been very nice and helpful.

The informations are understandable and usefull, but the reading can be boring... Maybe the it would be more interesting with videos.

I really can’t answer this question as the company I work for booked the course.

I did enjoyed learning, however the platform is not user friendly and if not guidance given me over the phone I would have to put a lot of effort learning how to use it. Also the rules of finishing...

I like the flexibility that that the course provides. I can study in my own time around my busy life.
