Customer notified that order was sent out by next day delivery but was undeliverable and was at her local post office for 3 weeks until it was sent back to us.
Excellent customer service! They initially missed one of my orders but it was later shipped to me in no time. Their products are very comfortable and easy to use. Will highly recommend it to anyone.
