Great value for money

They were very easy to navigate on line for the older customer. The pds was easy to understand and the Covid cover is great.

True satisfaction rating can only be advised based on how claims r handled.

Call centre was very helpful thank you. Proof of satisfaction will be revealed should there be a need to make a claim. Let's hope not.

Helpful and friendly staff

I accidentally chose the incorrect date for my policy to commence, and the friend staff quickly cancelled the policy so I could re do it. She was friendly and helpful

I don not know what the problem was but I have since been able to retrieved

I had a problem getting my documents on the day and their phone line was dead so I thought I had been scammed.
