Stop asking for feedback after simply purchasing online. Clearly I can’t rate an insurance purchase unless I have used the insurance.

Have used Insure and Go previously over the years, easy to apply on line and good for seniors. Also very good for pre-existing medical coverage. Haven't had to make any claims, so I cannot comment on...
Customer service very helpful when contacted to query some details and easy to purchase the travel insurance online, which I did. Good to insure with a local AU Company.
I find that they are one of the few companies who will cover for my pre-existing and my age. I have insured with the before and have recommended them to my family. Very expensive though for my age...

Good value. I could easily update my travel insurance dates when airline cancelled my flight. 🙌
When I phoned my query was sorted promptly however what preceded this could certainly be improved.
I went on line to get a quote for domestic travel, and accepted the quote and paid with PayPal....
