Thank you for your review. We recently have changed our Underwriters, who have changed the areas of cover, due to this change, regrettably, there was an oversight on our end. We note that human errors, especially when there are recent changes to the existing products are bound to happen, though not often, and in view of this, we have approved the full refund of your policy premium and, based on your feedback we immediately took the necessary actions to avoid similar situations to recur. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and if you have any questions, please let us know.

Thank you for your review. Per your recent conversation with our customer service team, it appears that the policy was taken out by a family member of yours. You had confirmed that you'd talk to your family member and decide if you wanted to keep the policy live or have it cancelled with a full refund.
