It seems excellent, but given the nature of insurance, where you don't know what you're paying for until the need for a claim, it must come with this proviso.

Extremely poor telephone service. Website easy to use if it is working properly. Very quick e-mail communication made up for terrible telephone service, although not as good as speaking to someone...
