Delivery driver was excellent , wardrobe is fantastic just deli to long
Delay in delivery,stated 10 days when ordered received after several email , received 26 days later

Thank you for your review, glad you are happy with the wardrobe. Your wardrobe was on pre-order mode when purchased, with delivery time quoted to be longer, after the restock date. Once it reached our warehouse, we then delivered. Apologies if longer than anticipated or if anything was unclear

product looks good, but was partly damaged and had to help assemble
Furniture has some damage and i had to help the man assembling even though i paid for the 'award winning assembly' , not the service i paid for, have contacted Instrument for a follow up.

Apologies about your situation. We had a fitter off sick and decided to send one rather than cancel jobs on the day. he did get some hold from you just attaching one part and thank you for that, we have also offered you some refund for that as you should not be involved. We have also offered you to replace parts free of charge of further refund as scuffs are small. Awaiting your reply. Apologies once again
