We fully expect candidates to say no to interview opportunities - these decisions are completely up to candidates. As I'm sure you can understand, the majority of graduates that we work with aren't 100% sure of what they would like to do when they come to us. In our experience, if said majority attend interviews at companies that we think matches their personality, they tend to love the role. We work hard to open graduates' eyes to new opportunities in sectors that they may not have considered and often this is only achieved through an interview. However, we don't want to pressure anyone into attending an interview so I will pass your feedback on to the team and we will work hard to resolve this.
