We are delighted that your Tour Director was able to help create such a memorable experience for you. However, we do regret that on these rare occasions you were unable to obtain an electronic guide at the attractions. Additionally, we are saddened to learn that some of the menus were not to your preferences, so we have have forwarded your comments to our Quality Control team for their review. Nevertheless, we are truly pleased that your Driver was able to help you comfortably enjoy your journey, and we hope you were able to take many wonderful memories away from your time on the British Isles. 

We recognise that you would have liked the Optional Experiences to have been included in the itinerary; however, we offer these to allow our guests to explore further or to give those that would prefer to undertake independent sightseeing or leisure time, the opportunity to do so. Additionally, so that our guests’ can look forward to travelling at ease, a full list of Optional Experiences can be found on our website, and in the travel documents sent out prior to departure. Yet, we regret if you were not aware of this when booking the tour. Nevertheless, we truly hope you were able to take some lasting memories away from your time in Europe.
