You would think so, given the price new? But, we pay postage (£4 average), pay you ASAP, when receiving customer bank/PayPal details, and unless obviously damaged, pay 100%: Some offer prices including a practice of not paying on every inkjet, for damages. Having paid you, we sit on 10's of 1000's of items for 6-8 weeks to supply the remanufacturing industry, who take a further 4-6 weeks to process, from which we lose an average 6-8% on damages: Damages (not obvious to the human eye), that we have paid the customer Day 1, without question, and taken a 3 month cash-flow hit.

The real consumer benefit in returning used ink cartridges is in their reuse: 2nd hand recycling ensures manufacturers keep already extortionate new prices from escalating ever upwards. They are otherwise "throw-away" items designed deliberately that way.
Not only a facility to recycle ink cartridges but they will even pay you for you empty cartridges. Their website is easy to use and they send you a postage paid label. All you have to do is pack them...
