James was fantastic. He fixed the issue and reorganized the way I was using TeamSite/One Drive making things so much more productive. It's the second time I have had James help me and he is great.

Will admit we don't know what -exactly- fixed the issue as was still not resolved on-call, but a restart following a few actions attempted has ended up fixing it, so full credit!
