Hi Rhonda,  Unfortunately, during the broadband migration a unforeseen fault occurred at the local exchange resulting in loss of service. As we explained, this happens very rarely. To quickly rectify this, we sent an Engineer to site the next working day at no cost to configure the data network over another broadband connection. We appreciate this caused great frustration and can only apologise about this. 

Hi Jane, Sorry to hear you were not happy with the communications between Infinity Group and yourself. Unfortunately I was not made aware of your frustrations and the team here liaised regularly with your IT Support provider throughout the project. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. On a more positive note I am glad our Engineer was able to resolve your connection issue fast and efficiently.
