Much relief that Matthew sorted this problem out quickly

Thank you to Paul for helping me with my issue, he was very patient and informative. My issue was resolved within 30mins of logging it with their reception team.

I had to chase my ticket twice which was disappointing as Infinity have always been very quick to get back to me and resolve issues. Maybe this was a one off and they were extremely busy, but...

Once problem detected, fixed quickly!

Great response and help as always - thank you.

Very helpful indeed - thank you

First contact could have been quicker, but once someone called me they were very helpful.
