I've asked 4 times for them to sort all tax matters for me but the have not my tax return has not been done and is late .They have not contacted me to sort it out .very slow to do most things

Waste of time
Was never really sure what In-Sync did for me to warrant taking money from me each time. They seem more concerned about feed back than actually helping. Gave them information repeatedly ignored....
