Great service. Easy process. Clear instructions and friendly staff respond to enquiry in good time. I needed this test desperately. My doctor didn't recommend it but i was in the 'critically low'...

The format of the results is very informative. It would help if there was some timeline for their delivery. Otherwise a great service!

Give immediate access to bloods reports to the actual patient / individual the tests have been done on. I am extremely less than impressed that I have no sign in access to my details or results...
