Unfortunately, the shipment - despite packet shipping - arrived late.
I do not get the VAT back despite repeated requests. No reaction to my messages. This is unprofessional.

Hello, there a section in the Checkout area of the website to enter a valid VAT number for export. This removes the VAT from your order.
