Steven was very clear and precise . He also managed to deal with my query very quickly in a clam and polite manner. I am very happy with the level of service provided by Steven.

Very quick to respond to my initial interest, very friendly on the telephone and kept me informed of all the processes along with what is required in order for me to attend the course.

Better communication. I’ve paid the fee for the course. Not had any confirmation or any contact for 72 hours. No receipt, nothing.
