The call centre agent was good

At the time off using the insurance policy, I found the Consultants cuurteous and delivered on their promises.

They are very good always at your service

the service was great I received help in a short period of time and the person sent to assist me was very helpful.

Well 1stly why send out sms`s & emails advising the client that their claim is being processed when the claim took place 1 year ago. GET YOUR SYSTEMS RIGHT UNLESS FRAUD IS TAKING PLACE!!!!! AND WHEN...

Managed to arrange the towing service in time and what pleased.was that they kept check me whether I'm Okay.

The service was quick

Since I have never claimed,I have not experienced Old Mutual service. All that I know is premiums that increase every year,and am thinking of looking for a less Insurance company
