Thanks very much for the feedback Nicola, we will pass on your point about making it clear that the session is over at the end to the platform provider, this makes total sense - much appreciated!
It was not a nice experience using the service. Often questions started popping up every 1 second and sometimes questions changed while the answer was being entered.
