Very good experience, learnt a lot about different views on Hartlepool.
Good communication, very friendly organisers and user friendly links. Kept control of the meeting and no waffling or dwelling on older points.

Well organised
Very well organised focus group! It was an interesting topic, and everyone had a lot to say. The researcher listened intently to our thoughts and ideas.
It was a well conducted consumer survey conference. The hosts were polite and very professional.
It was an interesting topic.

Hi and many thanks for your feedback. We are very glad that you found the organisation up to scratch but really sorry that you found the discussion negative and we will pass this back to our client who managed the group itself. This project is about speaking with people about their local area and inviting them to comment on the things they like and don't like. They try not to direct people too much as they are trying to get to their honest opinions. There shouldn't have been any pre-prep work needed, everyone's honest opinion is valid in itself so we will discuss this with the client, they may wish to adapt things going forwards. Thanks again for taking the time to feedback to us, this helps us to improve the market research experience for participants.
