Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about using our platform. I'm so sorry that you have had your arrangement cancelled on more than one occasion for your current sit. We do expect all our members (owners and sitters) to honour any commitments made and we would not expect a confirmed house sit to be cancelled unless there were significant unforeseen circumstances which required this to occur. We have been in contact with you about your concerns to offer both advice on how to help secure a sitter in the future and reduce the chance of plans being changed. We have also referred your feedback (for our Review system to include arrangements for sits and cancelled sits) to our Site Management Team so they can consider this further. We do take all feedback received seriously and again, I'm sorry that your experience was not as you had expected. Please do contact us if we can be of assistance now or in the future.
