This really gave my son a bad tummy and he kept crying. Im not sure what ingredient specifically it was that didn't comply with him but he was very unsettled after me drinking the brew.

We’re really sorry to hear this and completely understand your concern. We’d recommend stopping both the tea and hot chocolate for now, and monitoring any other new foods or drinks you’ve recently added to your diet to help identify the cause.
If you’ve been preparing the hot chocolate with dairy milk, it may be worth trying oat milk instead, as some babies can have a sensitivity or allergy to cow’s milk protein (CMPA).
