We do apologize that the Best Western could not accept your coupon. The coupons listed are based on availability, which means that many hotels will have a certain number or percentage of rooms they can sell at the coupon rate, and after that number has sold they can only offer the regular rate. We recommend having more than one hotel as an option, and calling the day before your arrival to ask if the coupon rate is likely to be available upon your arrival. Thank you for your feedback!
