One of the holes for the glider had been put in the incorrect place too near edge and glider fell off. I had to get someone to come and drill another hole to put glider in where it would grip...

They are very comfortable but exceptionally heavy and do not move on the gliders

Good quick efficeint service, only issue was delivering to Scotland was limited to Central belt so I needed to arrange an additional transfer onto the intented location.
