Have twice ordered custom made headboards and both times they have failed to deliver the correct head boards and on one occasion our fabric disappeared for a couple of weeks.

Thank you for your review. As discussed on the telephone due to the fabric on both occasions being sent to us despite us advising at time of order. There was no reference of order number or from where it came we did not know that this fabric was from yourselves. Had the fabric been send on both occasions as requested with some reference then the delivery would have been correct the first time.

Thank you for your review. I have not had any issue's before with the base fabric and as discussed would be happy to change the bases for you but understand that once the valence was on the base it was ok.

Took three weeks and a lot of work from the buyer to get the right mattress delivered, some of the office staff seem reluctant to push for a swift resolution until pushed again by the buyer.

Thank you for your review and I do apologise for this. The confusion cam when we were given the wrong order number for the product in the beginning hence a replacement mattress being sent in the wrong size. Please accept our apologies for this.
