Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We understand that you are due to move into a property with us and requested some maintenance to be completed prior to move in. The maintenance request is with the landlord as he is due to complete the work, we have however been notified that the work unfortunately was delayed. To ensure we honoured your request we did offer to postpone the move in date so the property could be ready for when you move in. We fully understand the frustration and inconvenience this may have caused and are doing what we can get your moved into the property with the work completed asap. We understand that due to circumstances out of our control, the landlord has been required to vacate all tenants from the building you let within with a 3month + notice period.
