Very good service

Staff friendly and informative. Only disappointment was no free update on SAT NAV especially after we have taken out another service plan and extended warranty.

Difficult to get a straight answer on trade-in prices, because the garage is an intermediary with Honda, and there are excessively long gaps during the negotiation period - such that I threatened to...

If you negotiate than you should be able to get a good deal. Overall Honda service is good.

Good as ever

Excellent. The only downside is that Honda no longer collect and return my car. This is the only negative comment I can make.
