Staff really helpful friendly and knowledgeable

Salesman was polite and knowledgable. There was no 'pressure' feeling when dealing with him. All details were clearly explained and options given. Follow up service excellent.

Efficient and courteous service. Clear explanation about cars available and all purchasing pptions. Never felt pushed into purchase. Will definitely be using this garage again. Great team.

VERY THOROUGH WITH NOTHING OVERLOOKED

Honda Phoenix is a fair company, run as a business should be run. But it is the Honda part that is not an asset because of Honda high prices.

I used Lookers as it is the nearest dealer to where I live. I have always been happy with the annual service - but not always happy with the sales. I do not like it when the sales people try to 'hard...

The whole buying process was extremely easy, great deal and consumer offers. Very good overall experience, would happily recommend this dealer.

I have used this dealer for the last ten years cannot fault them .
