I received one item out of a large order. I emailed dats ago as I needed these thingsasap and communication is very poor

We are very sorry to hear that you still have not received the rest of your order. As you may know som of our items come straight from their supplier and can take a litte longer than expected to arrive.
We also hav an estimated time frame of 4-6 working days, however this is just an estimate. Please keep in mindthat there are also ongoing strikes with RoyalMail at the moment.

Speedy dispatch arrived quickly. Only the lights on the right side works but I bought them principally as magnifying glasses so I’ll manage without returning them.
