Thanks for your feedback, I have spoken to your account manager re the issues you have experienced.
I am led to believe of the two issues we have resolved the first one and you are expecting a call from our service manager on Monday to resolve the second.
Unfortunately you experienced the issue on the Easter weekend. The service manager is back in on Monday and contacting you is one of his priorities when he returns.
We are sorry you have had these issues in the first place and we will put these right as of Monday.
