Hi,
Yes you did manage to rectify the problems with the car at my inconvenience (i had to drop the car off at BMW Bolton and had to be without it for nearly a week !) Also i think you are missing the point i'm making, the car should never have left your workshop in this state!!! i think questions need to be asked about the quality of your workmanship in your workshop.

thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this and it is unfortunately and issue we are having with a third party as it is a brand new car coming direct from the manufacturer. These can occasionally experience delays in production so for this I can only apologise. I know your car is due for delivery on Tuesday so I hope this draws a positive conclusion to the matter.
