I would much rather be able to go to a real audiology center, rather than a rented room in an office building. This seems like some fly by night operation, with portable equipment they can dismantle...

Hearing Aides Experience
The hearing aides work great. Every so often if I don't have them correctly positioned in my ear I get a bit of screeching.

I originally called the individual who provided the hearing aid and completed the hearing test, but I never received a call back. I then called customer service for help. That was disappointing.
