Booking service was very good and helpful as always although the introduction of the new £40 booking fee is excessive and unwelcome.

Thank you for your feedback. Our £39 service fee is a recent addition which is a charge for the extensive information, expert advice and for making the booking.
The website is very well set out with a wealth of information regarding cottage details,position, a floor plan and local information. If only dog charges (where applicable) were included without...

As the name implies HELPFUL!
Although there was some problems with our booking and we needed to change cottages, it was all done with a smile and the least fuss possible.
