I had difficulty booking on-line, so I phoned the office, and the whole thing was sorted out immediately. This is the 3rd booking I have made, and I have been very happy with their service.

Easy and clear
Easy to book on line, and we had a copy of the brochure as well to help us. This is our third time with Helpful Holidays, and would use them again

website was easy to use. after reserving property we were phoned the following day to confirm booking and take deposit
Always been a pleasure to deal with, Always very helpful over the phone they found us a perfect cottage ideal for all my needs just from a quick phone call. Great!
How can I rate self service!
Like most sites not everything is clear or streamline and pop up adverts lurk and ruin the experience like every damn site I visit.

When a booking is made online it may seem like it is self service, however, one of our team is there to cast an eye over the details to check that everything is fine to go ahead, before enabling online payment.I would like to reassure you that it is not our policy to share details with third parties.
