Reliable &a trustworthy.
Have booked holidays with this company on many occasions, they have always been efficient and knowledgable and totally live up to their ' Helpful' name.Have never been disappointed with accommodation.
The booking process was fine. The enquiry handling was poor.
The booking process for our rental was smooth and rapid. However, whoever replied to the query about the property that we raised prior to the booking did not properly read or understand the question...
