The booking process is efficient and fairly quick although , compared with other sites, i dont know why the booking cant be confirmed and paid for at the first reservation.

One member of staff on the phone wasn’t helpful at all !! But when I phoned the next day a young guy answered and he had a much better telephone manner and very helpful!
Great website, easy navigation, loads of information about the property's and the area.
Also happy and helpful on the phone too, and being able to call until 9pm is very useful.
