The confirmation process is unnecessarily complicated. Why go through the password and web page after you have taken the payment. You then ask for age data which is required to complete the booking...
We travel a lot with our pugs up & down the country from Scotland to Cornwall & have used several companies over the years.
But I may say the name speaks for its self, what a nice helpful company....

A great way to view & book a holiday
Excellent service as always, Easy to use website & booking very simple.
Website could be tweaked so that guide dogs are easily accepted
Tried to book 2 weeks holiday via the website but was unable to proceed because there was no mechanism for notifying that my wife will be bringing her guide dog.
This got sorted out once I phoned...
Booking was easy,sent all the information needed to have a great holiday.

Excellent service except newly added service charge!
I have always had excellent service from helpful holidays. So why only 4 stars?
The introduction of make a few extra quid service booking fee leaves a really bad taste in my mouth

The,phone was answered by a real person after a couple of rings. The young Nan was pleasant and helpful and my holiday was soon booked, I received the,paperwork the next day.
