No contact from anyone from Helpful Holidays once we were at the Cottage. It would have been nice to have heard from you, or the housekeeper although we did get a card from the owners of the...
Thoroughly enjoyable break. Hosts always available an in no way intrusive.
Good website with adequate information regarding the properties. Friendly telephone manner when dealing with the office.

I found it very confusing recently as I made my booking and received brochures through Helpful holidays as usual, and then without any explanation receive info: and payment details from Sykes...
