Thought there was a £250 good housekeeping payment on total price as it seemed to say in ad but apparently there was not so I think Kingswood is a bit over priced for what it is.
We had a lovely week at Little Week cottage, very cozy and warm. The owners next door were very friendly and helpful. On arrival there was a lovely cake and half a dozen eggs from their chickens....
The information regarding the cottage was very honest and the ease with booking plus confirmation of booking and access instructions very precise. A great start to what was a wonderful holiday.
The house is beautiful and in a stunning setting. The only downside for us as a party of 10 adults, was we felt the children’s room with 2 single children’s beds, should be adult beds. The towels in...
The home is very beautifully located at Ayrmer Cove. The local hiking trails are magnificent and the local pub (10th of a mile away) has excellent food.
The final charge included a 'booking fee ' which l was told ONLY after l booked. On queerying the fee l was told 6gbp.
However l was billed website fee +6 + 3gbp.
Not a significant difference but...

No idea who Helpful Holidays are. Cottage was perfect.
Unclear to me whether I am being asked to review 'Helpful Holidays' or Tresungers Cottage.
Helpful Holidays are something of a mystery to me; I booked through Sykes, who are very competent.
