Everything was exactly as stated so no surprises. Clean,tidy and friendly with the added bonus of a cream tea.

Excellent accommodations
We thought the cottage was excellent, well equipped, very warm and welcoming and would definitely consider booking again.
Our house was lovely. Great location. Well appointed. I was able to manage all transactions from the US and really appreciated the staff at Helpful Holidays.

Excellent
I surprised at the long hours the phone service was available .
As I am over 75 I was very glad to be able to make the booking over the phone and not have to wrestle with the internet .
