I have used Helpful Holidays and Sykes cottages several time with no problems. I only withhold one star because I don't know how good the customer service would be if there was a problem.

It was easy from navigating the website, booking and paying for the holiday
very easy booking and a splendid cottage with exceptionally nice owners
