I gave them a bad review since I hadn’t received my purchase after 3 weeks. They contacted me immediately to verify my adress and promised me a new package. Very friendly costumerservice
I ordered 2 of the same item and only received one I have emailed to try and sort it however I’ve heard nothingn back I paid for 2 year only got 1

The product I received and the one coming is amazing quality just as it said, my issue was resolved. Will be using hello Mayfair again
It is easy to choose from a great selection of hampers for Christmas at reasonable prices. Delivery worked out to required date as discussed. Friendly staff helpful customer services aswell.
Very good lighting, worthwhile, great overall service.
