2 of the items are lovely, but the holdall there is no end on zip to pull,so think it was not inspected before sending out. Have decided just to give to charity instead.

I should have received a free gift - a reindeer which is not in my parcel. Also my soft toys should have been £5 for the two, could someone please rectify this

Awful that in this dsy and age postage for delivery and returns is not free
