Dear Mr Masters,
Thank you for taking the time to complete this feedback questionnaire. It was great to read you found our booking process easy and received all your holiday documentation on time. We were however sorry to read of your disappointment regarding the design and referencing points on the route notes for this holiday. Please be assured that we review and update all of our route notes at the start of the season and throughout as required. Over the course of the season, the feedback we received for this area has been positive; I will contact you directly for more information on your experience. We would like to thank you for your constructive feedback and look forward to welcoming you on another of our holidays in the future.
Kind regards,
Lisa

There organization was without fault. The choice of routes on most days kept us away from the crowds. I would definitely use them again and would recommend the holiday we took.
